Massage of gratitude and appreciation.

On behalf of the Wisconsin Mandingo Association of Milwaukee (WIMAM) and the Bility family, I wish to register my heart felt gratitude to the entire African community for their over whelming support and present at the graduation ceremony of our former President Mr. Mohammed F. Bility. Mr. Bility recently graduated from the Milwaukee Area Technical College with a degree in criminal justice.

WIMAM is an organization that champions the cause for higher education and has being the driven force for most graduations by encouraging academic excellent. Mr. Bility graduation ceremony under my leadership was a real test that turns out to be a smashing success.

My administration and the Mandingo community of Wisconsin formerly express our deepest appreciations to LIMANY and LIMAP for posting Mr. Bility graduation flyer on their web site. This demonstrates their long-standing commitment to Education, especially for our Mandingo Community.

My administration also extend our thanks to the delegations from New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Minnesota, Atlanta, Missouri and Holland, Europe for flying and driving thousand of miles in our honor. You people are the true heroes. The massive turned out by the entire African community and especially the Mandingos have demonstrated the basic foundation of this Dearing organization WIMAM, which stands for family value, unity, respect, culture, love, understanding and mutual cooperation within and across our geographical demarcation.

From the in section of this noble organization, my predecessor, namely Mr. Mohammed O. Kamara, Ousmane OB. Bamba, and Mohammed F. Bility had always emphasized unity and respect. I want to pay homage to our past leaders that ran this organization with fundamental respect and encourage unity among our community members. They expanded our membership and incorporated our organization without personal interest. Under my watch, I wish to continue their legacy as long it serve and unify our unique community.

Fellow compatriot well-wishers, I need the collective effort of every one, as I sit in the driver seat of this unifying organization to re-write and re-shape the image of this great community in accordance with common value and our Mandingo tradition.
While WIMAM remains deeply rooted in our community, my leadership primary focus is growing and expanding our services to everyone irrespective of status or country of origin.

WIMAM is ever vibrant and positive in it deeds, when it come to key policy issue WIMAM has a dissenting opinion that is base on constructive criticisms but however speak with concurring Mandingo voice.
