The Bility Family Reunion, the Significance of Family to Community.
August 23, 2007

Family is the most significant symbol of any community, as demonstrated
by our family in the just ended family reunion held in the nation's capital,
Washington, DC. In light of this fact, I fully agreed and accept responsibility
for an article published 08/31/07 on WIMAM.NET negatively depicting two
of my brothers, Mohammed S Bility and Abraham S Bility of Milwaukee,
Wisconsin. I personally think that the editorial staff over reached with
respect to the content of the article. While I personally had nothing
to do with what was published, my association and affiliation with WIMAM
deems me guilty and for that I sincerely apologize.
I am very grateful to be part of a family that resolves family misunderstandings
with wisdom. My advice to all who cherish the idea of a family is to
meet and talk to settle differences instead of using the internet for
the wrong reasons. Any negative usage of the internet will be counter
productive and have lasting consequences.
I would like to register my special thanks and appreciation to the following
family’s memebers for their collective and sound judgment in this
matter:
Alhaji Samuka Bility (MN), Ambassador Seny Bility (NJ), Moses Bility, Ansu
Bility Mohamed Bility all NYC, MB (PA), Karfala Bility (DC), Dawoda Bility
(Detriot), Laye Amara Bility (ATL) and finally to the editorial staff of WIMAM for
allowing a dissenting view on their site.
